IRVING, Texas - For the second consecutive week, Memphis has earned Conference USA Player of the Week accolades as redshirt senior post JASMINE LEE posted 17 points and 16 rebounds at UALR. Tulane picks up its third Freshman of the Week honors as JAMIE KAPLAN becomes the third different Green Wave player to receive this award in five weeks. She accounted for 12.0 points, 3.0 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.5 rebounds per game as the team went 2-0 last week.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
JASMINE LEE, MEMPHIS

Lee grabbed a game- and season-high 16 rebounds and scored 17 points in the team's 81-66 win at UALR Saturday. The 6-2 post now has four double-doubles on the season and is almost averaging a double-double on the season, with 14.2 points and 9.3 rebounds per game. She also shot 50.0 percent from the floor, hitting six-of-12 shots, while fellow starters Brittany Carter and Ramses Lonlack were each on the bench with two first-half fouls at UALR. Lee knocked down 5-of-6 free throw attempts in the first half, finishing with nine points and nine rebounds. This is Lee's first Player of the Week honor for the season and second of her career.

FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
JAMIE KAPLAN, TULANE
5-7 / G / SEBASTIAN, FLA. / FLORIDA AIR ACADEMY
Kaplan averaged 12.0 points, 3.0 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.5 rebounds per game during the Green Wave's 2-0 week. She hit 57.1 percent of her shots both from the field (8-of-14) and from beyond the 3-point arc (4-of-7) while connecting at an .800 clip from the free throw line (4-of-5). The freshman earned her first collegiate start on Friday at North Texas and finished with a career-high 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting from the field and a 3-of-5 performance from 3-point land. She had nine points, two assists and a steal against Southern Sunday. Her 3-pointer with 3:42 left in regulation gave Tulane its first and only lead as the Green Wave rallied from a 20-point deficit. This is Kaplan's first Freshman of the Week honor.
