C-USA Men's Tennis Players Selected to ITA All-American Draw

C-USA ITA All-American Selections
IRVING, Texas - Eight Conference USA men's tennis players have been selected to participate in the D'Novo ITA Men's All-American Championship main draw and qualifying draw, beginning Oct. 3 at the University of Tulsa's Michael D. Case Tennis Center. Eight players will compete in the qualifying stages of the event, set to begin on Oct. 6. Student-athletes selected for the qualifying singles draw include SMU's Robin Fahgen and Tulsa teammates Victor Kolik and Marko Ballok. Qualifying doubles will feature Kolik and Ross Cunningham of Tulsa, Arnau Brugues and Phil Stephens also of TU and Bruno Rosa and Christoph Müller or Rice. Should any of these players reach the final 16 from in the singles draw or the final eight of the doubles draw, they will advance to the Oct. 9-12 main draw. Two C-USA singles players will represent the league in the main draw, highlighted by three-time C-USA Player of the Year Brugues. He will be joined in the top draw by Müller. Several C-USA players have also been entered into the pre-qualifying draw, but the list of participants chosen will not be released until the day before the event begins.
