Men's Tennis to Play Baylor on Friday, May 11 in NCAAs

MEMPHIS, Tenn.– In its first appearance in the NCAA Men’s Tennis Championships, Memphis will play Baylor at 11:00 a.m. (CT) on Friday, May 11. The match will be held at the A.J. Pitts Tennis Centre on the campus of Mississippi State University.

Tickets for the NCAA Championships will be available for advance purchase or at the event. Single-day tickets for Friday and Saturday are $5 for adults and $3 for senior citizens, college students and children under 17. Passes for the two-day event can be purchased for $8 for adults and $5 for senior citizens, college students and children under 17. Contact the Mississippi State Athletic Ticket Office (1-888-GO-DAWGS) or visit MSU's website to order tickets in advance.

Memphis earned a bid to the 2012 NCAA Men’s Tennis Championship after posting a 19-5 record and a runner-up finish in the Conference USA Championships. The Tigers, currently No. 33 in the ITA rankings, reached as high as No. 30 on March 20.
