Seventeen Conference USA men's soccer players have been named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-Region teams. Following another season that saw four league teams participate in the NCAA Championship, seven players earned first team honors, while five were named to the second-team and five earned third team accolades.

For a third consecutive season, four Conference USA teams will play in the NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship. C-USA tournament winner Tulsa, regular-season champion SMU, UAB and Kentucky have been selected to participate in the 2012 tournament. Tulsa earned the league's automatic bid by winning the C-USA Men's Soccer Championship, while SMU, UAB and Kentucky each earned at-large bids.
