IRVING, Texas - After a week that saw nine Conference USA squads earn Top-5 finishes, the teams return to the links with action starting on Friday, Oct. 8. Last week, the Tulsa women's team took honors at the ORU Shootout as the lone C-USA group to top the leaderboards.

The women of Tulane and UCF start the action as the Green Wave competes in the TarHeel Invitational and the Knights head to the LPGA International Xavier Invitational. Both tournaments take place from Oct. 8-10. Tulane will play in Chapel Hill, N.C., and UCF will be in Daytona Beach, Fla.

The East Carolina women's squad hosts the Lady Pirate Intercollegiate from Oct. 11-12 in Greenville, N.C. Memphis will also be competing in the two-day event. At the same time, Marshall will be in Fairlawn, Ohio for the Third Annual Zippy Invitational.

From Oct. 11-13, SMU and Tulsa's women will be at the Dale McNamara Tournament in Tulsa, Okla. The Golden Hurricane will be fresh off a victory at the ORU Shootout last week. During the same days, UTEP will be at the Price's Given `Em Five Intercollegiate in Las Cruces, N.M.

Starting things on the men's side, Rice and Tulsa will head to Durham, N.C. for the Rod Myers Invitational, Oct. 10-11.

From Oct. 10-12, UCF will participate in The Prestige at PGA West in La Quinta, Fla. In their first two tournaments this year, the Knights have earned a first-place and a second-place finish.

From Oct. 11-12, UAB and Southern Miss will each take to the links at the Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate in Birmingham, Ala., while Marshall heads to Hebron, Ky., for the Bearcat Invitational.
