Final Results 
Cordova, Tenn. – Southern Miss sits closed its fall season in 13th-place at the Memphis Intercollegiate, hosted by the University of Memphis.
The annual tournament took place at Cordova Country Club in Cordova, Tenn. The par-72 course played to a yardage of 7,259 yards.
Redshirt junior Derek Plucienski earned his fourth top 20 finish of the season, tying for 20th-place at eight-over par after a final round 78 for a 54-hole score of 124.
Senior Tyler Hillis had his best finish of his career, tying for 28th-place after firing a career-tying low 71 to finish nine-over par.
Freshman Zach Estep tied for a season-low 43rd-place at 13-over par after carding a final round 78. Senior Brent Hobbs is tied for 50th-place at 14-over par after shooting a 78. Junior John Kahlden closed with an 83 finish tied for 72nd-place.
South Alabama won the tournament at 14-over par with a 54-hole score of 878. Akron took second-place at 21-over with a score of 885 and Missouri finished 28-over in third.
South Alabama’s Jack Hiluta won the individual competition at seven-under par, while Jace Long of Missouri took second-place at two-under par. USA’s Chris Piumelli was even par and in third-place.
Southern Miss will take the next three months off before beginning its spring season, Feb. 21-22, at the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate.
