Calling Cougars and Fans to be Extras in Video Shoot on Tuesday

HOUSTON -- The University of Houston Athletics Department would like to invite all Cougars and fans of UH Athletics to join football head coach Tony Levine as extras in a football video shoot at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31 in the Northeast Parking Lot of Robertson Stadium, near the newly opened UH Fan Shop, which is now located in the new parking garage.

All wishing to participate must arrive in COUGAR RED, no later than 2:30 p.m. Because of the summer heat, please bring your own water. Athletics staff members will be on hand to assist and direct those wishing to participate once you arrive.

This is an exciting time of the year and we encourage those who are excited for the 2012 Cougar Football season to begin to join us and take part in a very exclusive video shoot that will feature several high-profile Cougars, including head coach Tony Levine.

Spread the word to your fellow Cougar friends. The more fans in COUGAR RED--the better.

REMINDERS:

Arrive no later than 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31
Park in Northeast Parking Lot outside Robertson Stadium (near new UH Fan Shop--located in parking garage)
Bring water to hydrate
Wear Cougar Red and only Cougar Red - don't be afraid to paint up!
Should take around an hour or so to film
Come excited and show your UH spirit!

FOOTBALL SEASON TICKETS & PARKING
Houston Football season tickets are on sale now in the Athletics Ticket Office, and fans have options for as low as $140 when purchasing. The season opens at 7 p.m., Sept. 1, when the Cougars play host to Texas State.

Sales are well ahead of last year's record-setting pace, and when the Cougars move into their new $105 million facility for the 2014season, premium seating options will be given first to those fans with a history of purchasing season tickets.

To purchase season tickets, fans can call 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647) or 877-COUGAR-5 (268-4275) or visit the Athletics Ticket Office, located on the first floor of the Athletics/Alumni Center from 8 a.m., to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Fans can buy season tickets 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by clicking the red and white Tickets tab at UHCougars.com and following the appropriate links or by clicking here.
