Tulsa, Oklahoma - Blue Ribbon magazine recently released its preseason football forecast for Conference USA. The Blue Ribbon rankings picked the Tulsa Golden Hurricane to finish in second place in the C-USA West Division behind defending West Division Champion Houston.

Blue Ribbon also chose three Tulsa offensive players and two defensive starters to the magazine's C-USA all-conference team. Offensively, senior H-Back Willie Carter, who led the Hurricane in receiving last year, is joined by two Tulsa linemen -- senior center Trent Dupy and junior guard Stetson Burnett -- on the preseason squad.

On defense, end Cory Dorris and the school's all-time leader for career interceptions, Dexter McCoil, are Tulsa's Blue Ribbon selections.
