Conference USA men's basketball action resumes Friday with teams returning from the holiday break. Three games are on Friday's schedule with UCF and Memphis playing hosts to Howard and Oral Roberts, respectively. Both games tip at 7 p.m. local time, with the Memphis game televised on CSS. Southern Miss is on the road at Morehead State, the alma mater of Golden Eagle first-year head coach Donnie Tyndall, for a 6:30 p.m. CT contest. Tyndall spent the last six seasons in the same role at Morehead State, leading the Eagles to a 114-85 record and two NCAA appearances.
UCF takes the court again Saturday in the second game of the UCF Holiday Classic, hosting either Boston University or Belmont in the evening. Five other games are scheduled throughout the day, beginning at 1 p.m. CT as Rice visits Texas for a contest that will be televised on Longhorn Network.
