Tulsa, Oklahoma - For the seventh consecutive season, The University of Tulsa hosts the Annual Hurricane Hoops For Hunger game. Tulsa invites basketball fans to bring non-perishable or canned food items to the Golden Hurricane vs. Houston men's basketball game this Saturday, February 16th.

The food items will benefit the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. Financial contributions will also be accepted for the Food Bank.

Julie Manning, wife of head coach Danny Manning, and TU assistant basketball coaches wives will be collecting food items and donations at the Donald W. Reynolds Center gates this Saturday. Gates open at 2:00 p.m. Game time is 3:30 p.m.

There will be a special Halftime performance by the Magical Transformation Act "Quick Change". One Lucky Fan will also have an opportunity to win the South Pointe 14-for-14 Prize Giveaway that is a $1,000 Gift Card to Quik Trip, compliments of Sherwood Construction.
