Though just three outs away from claiming the opening game in the best-of-three NCAA Super Regional series on the road at NC State, the Wolf Pack rallied for two runs in the bottom of the ninth inning for a 4-3 win over the Rice baseball team Saturday afternoon in Raleigh, N.C.

C-USA Has 22 Players Selected in 2013...

Conference USA has had 10 players selected in the first 10 rounds of the 2013 Major League Baseball Draft, which concluded its second of three days on Friday evening. Marshall RHP Aaron Blair was the first C-USA player chosen, going to the Arizona Diamondbacks as a compensatory first round choice with the 36th overall choice.
