Riley Trout is named Swimmer of the Week after two second-place finishes in the 200 IM and 200 back. Junior diver
Alicia Mora gets the Diver of the Week honor following her second-place finish in the three-meter dive. All C-USA weekly awards are presented by Surf & Turf Golf.
SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
Riley Trout, Florida Atlantic, Fr., York, Pa.
Riley Trout placed second in the 200 back (2:05.77) as well as second in the 200 IM (2:11.64) in FAU’s defeat against Florida. She also swam to a fourth-place finish in the 100 back, touching the wall at 59.15 and was a member of the 200 medley relay squad that placed fifth (1:49.23).
DIVER OF THE WEEK
Alicia Mora, Florida Atlantic, Jr., Madrid, Spain
Mora took second place in the three-meter dive with a score of 294.60 in FAU's defeat against Florida. The junior diver also placed third in the one-meter dive with a score of 286.27.
