Associate Commissioner for Sports Services

Keisha Dunlap joined the Conference staff in September of 2004 as Assistant Director of Championships. Most recently, she has been promoted to Associate Commissioner for Sports Services in February 2013.

Dunlap's primary responsibilities include oversight of the Sports Services department and serving as the liaison to the league's Senior Woman Administrators. She directs the planning and implementation of the Conference USA Men's and Women's Basketball Championships, one of the league's premier events. Additionally, she serves as the sport administrator for women's basketball, volleyball and swimming and diving.

Before Conference USA, Dunlap spent more than two years as the Director of Compliance at the University of Arkansas where she performed numerous compliance duties including participation reports, compliance reviews, National Letters of Intent and SEC Special Assistance Fund. While at Arkansas, she also was responsible for several event management functions, including Lady Razorback Orientation, various SEC Championships, and the 2003 and 2004 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Prior to her arrival in Fayetteville, Dunlap served as a Compliance Assistant at Loyola College (MD) for one year and spent one season as Graduate Assistant Track and Field Coach at her alma mater, Eastern Illinois University.

A native of Champaign, Ill., Dunlap, a track and field student-athlete, earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Eastern Illinois University and a master's degree in sports administration from EIU.

She is an active member of the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletic Administrators, the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics and the Black Coaches and Administrators organization. She was recently appointed to the NCAA Division I Softball Selection Committee. She has also served on the NCAA Olympic Sports Liaison Committee and is a 2010 graduate of the NCAA Leadership Institute for Ethnic Minority Males and Females.
