Erfle arrives at Conference USA after spending three years as a sports anchor and reporter for WABG-TV, the ABC affiliate in Greenville, Miss. There she hosted a variety of programming from High School Game Day Live and Sunday Night Sports Review, as well as Outdoor Sports with Stacie Erfle.

At WSU, Grant oversaw student-athlete housing, student-athlete development, SAAC, athletic department special events and was responsible for secondary oversight of the men's golf and women's track and field programs. He also assisted the Director of Athletics with capitol campaign projects, special projects, and analytical research information. A 2004 graduate of Kentucky State with a bachelor's degree in public administration, Grant was a free safety for the Thorobreds football team. He earned a master's degree in public administration with a concentration in finance from Southern in 2006.

Following graduation, she was named the Director of Volleyball Operations at the University of Kentucky and served in that position for seven years before making the move to Dallas. Sjuts also received an MBA with a concentration on management in 2011 from Morehead State University.
