Conference USA strives to be the best Division I-A collegiate conference in athletics, academics and community involvement, having established itself with numerous postseason appearances and high graduation rates.
C-USA schools have also made a strong commitment to their communities through involvement, including visits to the families at a local Ronald McDonald House or assisting on Habitat for Humanity projects. Student-Athlete Advisory Committees also support Special Olympics.
C-USA encourages all of these community initiatives, as well as national programs through various partners. CSTV established the Fields & Dreams Foundation to promote organized sports in areas where opportunities are not as available. Team Focus is managed through the GMAC Bowl and provides guidance to young men, aged 9-16, in father-less homes.
