CSS Broadcasts Subject to Internet Blackout Rules

Because of television rights agreements, users whose billing addresses lie within the CSS Networks "footprint" - which covers much of the Southeastern portion of the United States (see below for a full list of markets) - will be unable to view live online video of the four quarterfinal games of the Conference USA Men's Basketball Championship, which will be televised by CSS. Users will be able to access any live audio coverage that may be offered as part of their subscription and will be able to view an archived version of the video, beginning 48 hours after the conclusion of the game. Users whose billing addresses do not lie within the CSS Networks "footprint" will be unaffected.

Fans who are annual subscribers to the respective All-Access product of a member of Conference USA - as well as annual subscribers to CBS College Sports XXL - will be able to watch all video coverage of the 10 games leading up to the final free of charge. All others - including monthly subscribers to both XXL and school All-Access packages - can watch video coverage of the games on a pay-per-view basis for $7.95 per game. The above internet blackout rules apply to all users.
